We Empower Educators
LongView provides better retirement plans for independent schools and colleges
Our mission is to provide teachers, professors, and administrators with excellent retirement plans. We are passionate about our mission because, having worked in education, we know firsthand the painful results of poor plan design.
Strong retirement plans greatly benefit both schools and employees. They provide key employee benefits and are an important factor in attracting and retaining top talent. Moreover, significant long-term cost savings can accrue to the school by enabling high-salary senior faculty to retire when they choose, instead of prolonging work due to financial concerns. When a teacher can’t retire on time, everyone suffers: the teacher, administration, staff, and students.
